The individual QR code provides access to approved emergency contacts, health information and personal SOS instructions directly in the smartphone browser. No additional app is required.

The durable silicone wristband is water-resistant, comfortable to wear and features a secure clasp, making it suitable for everyday life, travel, sports and care situations. The wristband can easily be cut to the ideal length.

Cleaning and care

The silicone wristband is designed for everyday use and can be cleaned easily when required.

Clean the wristband with lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft cloth. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents, solvents and strong abrasion on the QR code.

Check the QR code regularly to ensure that it remains easy to scan, especially if the wristband is frequently worn during sports, while travelling or in everyday life.

Do not machine wash.

What is the SOS emergency wristband with QR code?

The SOS emergency wristband is a digital medical ID wristband made of durable silicone. The integrated QR code gives first responders, relatives or medical professionals quick access to the emergency information you have chosen to share.

After scanning the QR code, your personal DynaTag SOS WebApp opens directly in the smartphone browser. It can display emergency contacts, health information and other important details.

Which emergency information can be displayed?

You decide which information is visible after the QR code is scanned. Depending on your personal settings, the following details can be displayed:

  • Emergency contacts with tap-to-call telephone numbers
  • Personal details and a profile picture
  • Allergies, medication and important health information
  • Medical conditions, vaccinations and medical notes
  • Optional location shared by the person providing assistance
  • Digital pinboard for exchanging photos and messages
Do helpers need an app or a user account?

No. The QR code can be scanned using the standard camera or QR function on a smartphone. The DynaTag SOS WebApp then opens directly in the browser – without an app installation, registration or login by the person providing assistance.

An active internet connection is the only requirement for accessing the information you have chosen to share.

Is the SOS emergency wristband a GPS tracker?

No. The SOS emergency wristband contains neither GPS nor a battery and does not continuously record its location. There is no permanent tracking.

After scanning the QR code, a person providing assistance can voluntarily share their current location. The location is shared only with their explicit consent.

How secure is my personal information?

Data protection and privacy are top priorities at DynaTag. Your information is stored securely on the Swiss DynaTag data platform.

You decide which details are visible after the QR code is scanned. Information you have not shared remains protected. Your data is neither sold nor analysed for advertising purposes.

Can I update my emergency information later?

Yes. After activation, you can update your emergency contacts, health information, personal details and pictures in your user account at any time. You can access your account from a smartphone, tablet or computer.

The QR code on the wristband remains unchanged. Once saved, your updates are immediately available through the WebApp.

What happens if the wristband or QR code is damaged?

Your personal information is not stored on the wristband or in the QR code. It remains securely stored on the Swiss DynaTag platform.

If the wristband is damaged or the QR code becomes unreadable, your existing information can be linked to a new compatible DynaTag product and continue to be used.

Is the silicone wristband water-resistant?

Yes. The silicone wristband is water-resistant and suitable for everyday use, sports and travel. It contains no electronics and does not need to be charged.

Check the QR code regularly to make sure it remains easy to scan. Avoid strong mechanical stress and aggressive cleaning products. The wristband is not suitable for machine washing.

Is there a subscription or any recurring cost?

No. The purchase price includes 5 years of access to the DynaTag platform. There are no monthly charges and no mandatory subscription.

At the end of the included usage period, access can be extended if required by paying a one-time renewal fee.

Επεξεργασία και παράδοση

Προϊόντα σε απόθεμα

Οι παραγγελίες υποβάλλονται κανονικά σε επεξεργασία εντός 1–2 εργάσιμων ημερών. Οι παραγγελίες που έχουν εξοφληθεί πριν από τις 12:00 υποβάλλονται, εφόσον είναι δυνατόν, σε επεξεργασία την ίδια εργάσιμη ημέρα. Η παράδοση αναμένεται εντός 2–5 εργάσιμων ημερών.

Μη διαθέσιμα προϊόντα

Τα μη διαθέσιμα προϊόντα παραγγέλλονται από τους προμηθευτές μας μετά τη λήψη της παραγγελίας σας. Η παράδοση πραγματοποιείται συνήθως εντός 30 ημερών.

Παρακολούθηση αποστολής

Για αποστολές με A-Post+, λαμβάνετε μαζί με την επιβεβαίωση αποστολής έναν αριθμό παρακολούθησης για την πύλη παρακολούθησης των Ελβετικών Ταχυδρομείων.

Διεύθυνση και ζημιές κατά τη μεταφορά

Ελέγξτε προσεκτικά τη διεύθυνση παράδοσης κατά την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας. Αλλαγές στη διεύθυνση είναι δυνατές μόνο πριν από την επεξεργασία της παραγγελίας. Αναφέρετε αμέσως τυχόν ορατές ζημιές κατά τη μεταφορά και επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας εντός 48 ωρών, στέλνοντας φωτογραφίες.
